Get hired, or hire developers, in one chat.
Tell the AI what you do or who you need. It writes your profile or posts your role, then asks you to Confirm before anything goes live. No forms.

Free for builders. Free to post, apply, and message. no card, ever
Fig. 01 — the chat
The engine
A real agent, writing to your account live.
The chat you saw is not a script. A streaming agent reads what you tell it, picks the right model for the turn, and calls real tools to build your profile, post your role, or start a search. Nothing lands on your account until you confirm the card.
Free to use, with a daily allowance that resets at midnight UTC. No card.

Streams live
Token by token, over SSE
You watch it think and write in real time, the same stream the app runs on. No spinner hiding a batch job, no reload to see the result.
Right model per turn
A router that escalates
Simple turns go to a fast model; harder ones step up to a stronger one; a failed turn auto-escalates and retries. Speed on the easy stuff, depth where it counts.
It acts, not just chats
Real tools, behind a Confirm
It writes profiles, projects, experience, and job posts, searches the bench, and can start a managed search. Every write shows a confirmation card first.
Guardrails outside the model
Injection filter, secret redaction
A deterministic prefilter catches prompt injection before the model sees it, and an output pass redacts secrets. The safety net doesn't depend on the model behaving.
Pick your lane
Two doors, one chat.
For builders
One living profile
- A public page, projects, and experience that update as you chat
- Shareable link, PDF résumé, and a social card, generated for you
- Apply to open roles and message companies from one inbox. Free, always.
For companies
Post a role in minutes
- Describe the role in plain words; we review it, then it goes live
- See every applicant, message them, and export a shortlist as CSV
- Free to post. Want it done for you? See managed recruiting below.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing saves without your Confirm.
Step 01
Open the chat
Tell the assistant who you are or what you're hiring for. No forms, no profile setup screens.
Step 02
Watch it ship
A preview card shows exactly what will publish. Hit Confirm and your profile and projects go live; job posts follow a quick review.
Step 03
Connect
Builders apply and companies reply, all in one shared inbox. No third-party email chains, no lost threads.
Fig. 03 — the connect loop
Most job boards stop at the post. This one keeps going.
Publishing a role is the start. Builders apply, both sides message, and you hire, all in one place.
Apply
One-click apply
A builder applies straight from the public job page. Their profile comes attached, no separate form to fill.
Message
A shared inbox
Every application opens a DM thread. Both sides talk in one inbox, with unread counts and email nudges.
Hire
Close the role
Mark the job filled when you've found your person. The public page updates and applicants stay in the loop.
For hiring teams

Tell us what you're building and what would make a candidate great. We source, screen, and interview developers, then present 3 to 5 finalists. You run the final interview and pick.
We source
We comb our verified bench, the wider builder pool, and our network for fit.
We screen
Founders interview every candidate. You see the call notes, not the noise.
You decide
We present 3 to 5 finalists. You run the last interview and pick. No long lists.
$100 to start
A one-time, non-refundable advance, invoiced by email before the search begins.
Success fee on hire
Three months of the hire's first-year salary, billed only when you hire someone we present.
FAQ
Common questions
Free: signup, your builder profile and public page, posting jobs, browsing the bench, applying, and messaging in the inbox. Paid: managed recruiting, where we source and screen candidates for you. That's the only paid product. Every account also gets a daily AI allowance that resets at midnight UTC, no card needed. It covers normal use; you'll only notice it if you pass about 80% in a single day, when a small usage badge appears.
Yes. Posting a job costs nothing. New posts go through a quick quality review and then they're live. The only paid service is managed recruiting, which is optional and only kicks in if you ask us to source candidates for you.
Two parts. A one-time, non-refundable $100 advance to begin the search, invoiced by email. Then a success fee of three months of the hire's first-year salary, billed only if you hire someone we present. You see the full terms before you commit.
No. Builder profiles, projects, experience, applying to roles, and the public /b/<handle> page are all free. There's no subscription, no listing fee.
You talk to the assistant in plain language. It asks for what it needs, shows you a preview card before saving anything, and publishes the moment you click Confirm. Profile updates, job posts, and project entries all use the same pattern.
Yes. Set Visibility to off in Settings and your /b/<handle> page returns a 404 to anyone but you. Flip it back on when you're ready.
