Case study

Lucknow Properties

A modern property-discovery website for a Lucknow-based real-estate developer. Showcases LDA NOC-approved gated colonies, project galleries, news updates, and a full enquiry pipeline — built to win trust as much as clicks.

Overview

Shanti Puram Enterprises is a fifteen-project Lucknow real-estate developer specialising in LDA NOC-approved residential plotted colonies along the Lucknow-Kanpur Road corridor. Their old web presence didn’t reflect any of that — no project history, no regulatory paperwork visible, no easy way for buyers to enquire. We rebuilt the site from scratch as a trust-first marketing tool.

Challenge

Indian real estate is a low-trust category by default. Buyers — especially second-tier and NRI buyers looking at Lucknow — are sceptical of every promise on every developer’s homepage. The brief was simple: build a site that earns trust faster than the competition. Show the paperwork. Show the projects. Make enquiry effortless.

Solution

A modern, content-driven site organised around three trust signals: regulatory compliance, project track record, and clear pricing.

  • Project directory with location-grouped listings, infrastructure highlights (roads, parks, lighting, drainage), and price-per-sqft starting at ₹1000.
  • Trust-first homepage that leads with LDA NOC and Dhara 80 / Dakhil Khrij paperwork — the things sceptical buyers actually look for — instead of generic stock photography.
  • News module for project launches and Lucknow market updates, keeping the site alive between buyer visits.
  • Structured enquiry flow capturing location preference, plot size, budget, and contact channel, routed to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Mobile-first design because most plot research in Lucknow happens on a phone, often on a 3G connection.
  • SEO foundations — schema markup, location-targeted metadata, fast LCP — so the site shows up for “residential plots in Lucknow” and similar long-tail queries.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: Next.js + React with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
  • Content: CMS-driven projects + news so the sales team can publish without engineering
  • SEO: Sitemap, robots, structured data for RealEstateAgent
  • Hosting: Vercel (edge cached) for sub-second LCP across the Lucknow geography
  • Analytics: Lead form posts to a CRM webhook for sales follow-up

Results

  • Trust-first information architecture — paperwork, project track record, and pricing live above the fold instead of below.
  • Fourteen-year project history rendered as a browsable directory, not a forgotten PDF.
  • Mobile-optimised for the buyers who matter — most plot research in Lucknow happens on phones over patchy connections.
  • Structured enquiry pipeline so the sales team gets fielded, qualified leads instead of a flood of emails.
  • Live at lucknowproperties.company — the developer’s primary marketing channel for new project launches.
